When compression bandaging is used, padding underneath prevents pressure points and skin damage. It can also improve quality of life. In addition, the SoftCompress cushioning material can significantly increase the success of decongestive therapy. This is thanks to the vertical foam channels that form a unique surface structure to support lymphatic drainage. Bandaging aids and additional products feature a particularly skin-friendly cotton surface, as opposed to frequently used synthetic materials. This provides the patient with pleasant wearing comfort. In addition, SoftCompress bandaging aids make it easy for patients to use the bandages themselves, therefore ensuring the long-term success of treatment.

BANDAGES
In phase 1 of CDT, the comfortable SoftCompress bandages can be worn under short-stretch bandages or, in phase 2, under medical compression stockings or ACS Light. They provide additional compression, cushioning and an ideal pressure distribution. The bandages enable bandaging to be carried out more quickly and effectively. They also make it easier for patients to apply the bandages themselves. They are available in uni size, standard size or custom-made. Custom-made bandages can also be used for treatment at night.

STANDARD AND UNI SIZES
Uni size bandages are open on the back and are secured in place with the help of touch fasteners or an elastic fabric sleeve. This enables the bandaging aid to accommodate large fluctuations in circumference during therapy. Standard and uni sizes can be trimmed at the markings provided. Caution: Before trimming between the cross-seams, the product has to be washed once and stretched lengthwise while it’s still wet, before drying.

COMPRESSION ROLL AND COMPRESSION SHEET
SoftCompress bandaging materials are used for lymphological and phlebological compression bandaging. Thanks to their soft surface, they are very smooth, skin-friendly and breathable.
COMPRESSION ROLL
The thin and smooth SoftCompress Compression Rolls exert compression when applied correctly. The compression rolls evenly distribute the pressure of the short-stretch bandage applied on top,
thus preventing constriction.
COMPRESSION SHEET
The SoftCompress Compression sheets can be cut to size and can therefore be used in a number of different body regions. We recommend stitching down the edges.
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS
SoftCompress pads can be worn underneath compression bandages or compression garments. They are especially suited to providing a targeted increase in pressure in localised oedemas.
BREAST PAD
The SoftCompress Breast Pad serves as a comfortable pad for a compression bra or thorax compression vest and can be used for breast or chest wall oedemas, for example.
BREAST BANDAGE
The SoftCompress Breast Bandage combines the positive characteristics of the SoftCompress
material with those of a compression bra. The bandage has an adjustable chest circumference.

GENITAL PAD FOR WOMEN
The SoftCompress Genital Pad for women is inserted into compression tights. It provides a targeted increase in pressure, cushioning and an ideal pressure distribution when treating genital oedemas.
GENITAL PAD FOR MEN
The SoftCompress Genital Pad for men (reversible) is inserted into compression tights. The wide channel structure helps to increase pressure and lymph drainage, while the narrow channels are useful for reducing hardening caused by fibrosis. It also provides a targeted increase in pressure and an ideal pressure distribution when treating genital oedemas.
KNEE PAD
This SoftCompress pad provides cushioning for the back of the knee joint.
ELBOW PAD
This SoftCompress pad provides cushioning where needed. It is especially useful for the crook of the elbow.
MALLEO PAD
SoftCompress Malleo Pads cushion the Bisgaard (perimalleolar) region of the ankle. This ensures a targeted increase in pressure and an ideal pressure distribution. The pads come in pairs.
HAND PAD
SoftCompress Hand Pads are specially designed for the back of the hand and feature two finger openings. They ensure a targeted increase in pressure and an ideal pressure distribution.
SHORT-STRETCH BANDAGE
The short-stretch bandages are made from 100 % cotton, creating compression bandaging with low resting pressure and high working pressure. They can be washed up to 95 °C and sterilised with steam (121 °C).
RAPIDELAST V GAUZE BANDAGES
The Rapidelast V gauze bandages are made from 60 % polyamide and 40 % viscose. They are used to secure compression and cushioning material – especially on sensitive skin or joints – without restricting the patient’s freedom of movement. Bandages with Rapidelast V are non-slip. The high elasticity of the fabric makes application quick and easy.
TUBULAR BANDAGES
The tubular bandage is made from 100 % cotton. It is particularly stretchy and gentle on the skin. It protects the skin without constricting it and can also be used to secure pads.
